Our Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days after your order has been delivered. If 15 days have passed by since your product(s) were delivered, regrettably we can’t offer you a refund.

To be entitled for a return, your product should be unused and in the same condition that you got it. It should also be in the actual packaging.

The product will be returned only if you received damaged or wrong product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, food, magazines or newspapers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To finish your return, we need a receipt or evidence of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, VHS tape, DVD, video game, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its actual condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned over 7 days after delivery

Refunds 

Refunds is accepted only if you received damaged or wrong product. We may need photos of the product for approval.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, check your bank account first. Then, get in touch with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted officially. Next, get in touch with your bank. There is frequently some processing time prior to a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, regrettably sale items cannot be refunded.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
